Certified Recovery Coach & Interventionist
Rachel is a Certified Recovery Coach and Certified Interventionist with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges. She specializes in crisis management, recovery coaching, and interventions, guiding clients through some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their lives with compassion, clarity, and purpose.
Before entering the recovery field, Rachel personally struggled with addiction and mental health challenges for over a decade and attended multiple treatment centers. Through her own recovery journey and faith, she experienced a profound transformation—turning her deepest pain into her greatest passion. This lived experience allows her to meet clients with genuine empathy, credibility, and understanding.
Rachel is known for her empathetic, grounded, and solution-oriented approach, with a strong ability to connect authentically with individuals and families from all walks of life. She believes recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process and is deeply committed to walking alongside clients with guidance, accountability, support, and hope as they begin their healing journey.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys Pilates, time with her family, and her love for animals, including her two Scottish Fold cats and dog. She is also involved in volunteer and community service.
