Life & Recovery Coach
As a Life and Recovery Coach, William brings a blend of personal and professional experience to support people on their wellness journey. His philosophy centers on attainable goals and the belief that sustainable growth comes from small, meaningful steps toward larger objectives. By integrating mind, body, and spirit practices, he guides clients through personalized strategies that promote resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment. William’s mission is to help others remain present, break free from limiting cycles, find clarity, and cultivate a fulfilling, balanced life rooted in authenticity and purpose.
William’s dedication to this work is deeply personal. As a product of divorce, the child of an addict, and having experienced the loss of his mother to cancer, he faced years of substance abuse and a search for peace. These struggles ultimately led him to embrace holistic and wellness-based approaches, which helped him discover his own sense of meaning and purpose—an experience he now shares with others.
In addition to his coaching profession, William is currently enrolled in the Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) program at Dallas College. After completion, he plans to continue his education at the University of Texas at Arlington to earn his bachelor’s degree in psychology, followed by his master’s degree to achieve his ultimate goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Outside of coaching and school, William enjoys spending time with friends and family, often on the golf course with his dad. Nutrition, health, and fitness are integral parts of his life, and he can frequently be found in the kitchen trying new recipes or creating his own. A self-proclaimed movie and TV critic, he finds joy in well-told and well-shot stories. And, being from Dallas, he’s a diehard Cowboys, Rangers, and Mavericks fan—despite the heartbreak they often bring.
